The rooms here are nicely decorated with walk-in showers instead of tubs, and the staff are very accommodating, plus they offer a nice warm breakfast with plenty of choices.

The Holiday Inn Clermont Ferrand Centre has a convenient location within walking distance of the city center. The twin room I stayed in at the hotel was well-equipped with a spacious and nice bathroom and several comfortable beds.

I had a delightful dinner at a great restaurant with beautiful views and a modern atmosphere, in a convenient location with easy access to Volcano, thanks to the attentive staff.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn! The room had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. It was perfect for me since I was alone, but I wouldn't recommend a twin room for two people as it might be a bit cramped. The hotel's location right in front of the tram line was super convenient. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the girl at reception. She went above and beyond to assist me when I needed to see a doctor urgently, even organizing a takeaway pizza for us when the restaurant was closed. the hotel had everything I needed and I was very satisfied.

The hotel was a short walk to puy de dome. The nearby restaurant, Sooji, was as close as 600 feet from the venue.

The breakfast was great, the room was cozy, and we enjoyed having our own kitchen; also, the place was conveniently located just a 25-minute walk from the train station.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want easy access to shops and restaurants, as it is close to a large shopping mall and within walking distance of many eateries. the rooms are clean and quiet with comfortable beds and updated amenities such as air conditioning and a courtesy tray for tea and coffee. Guests can also enjoy a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options.

There seemed to be some miscommunication among staff regarding evening meals and guests were disappointed to find out the restaurant was closed.

Thank you very much all for a really comfortable stay for four nights on a business trip. The restaurant here was pretty good which creates a nice atmosphere, we both ordered amazing dishes. The property was in the centre of the city. Set minutes from bars and cafés, it was a plus.

The staff were unhelpful and at times rude. The room smelt of cigarette smoke The oustide of the building was badly damaged and looked threatening. The a/c was noisy Awful place.
